Rosenberg, Texas police say a 60-year-old man intentionally crashed his vehicle into a closed Kroger pharmacy entrance around <strong>4:28 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27<\/strong>, because he needed a bathroom, Fox News reported.<\/p>\n<p>Officers said the man accelerated into the store overnight while it was closed, allegedly upset the doors were locked. Photos released by police showed the vehicle inside the entrance amid shattered glass and mangled metal frames; the crash caused extensive damage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI guess when you gotta go, you gotta go but we strongly advise finding a store open for business\u2026to do your business,\u201d Rosenberg Police wrote on Facebook. Police told FOX 26 the suspect was arrested on <strong>criminal mischief<\/strong> charges.
