Thom Tillis called the idea \u201cbeyond disgusting.\u201d Catholic bishops called it \u201cbarbaric.\u201d Alonzo Lunsford, a former Army sergeant Hasan shot seven times, plans to attend but said he didn\u2019t want \u201csome pay-per-view event, like some John Wick movie.\u201d Sen. Mark Kelly introduced a bill Thursday to ban livestreamed executions.<\/p>\n Reuters reports a White House official said Trump hadn\u2019t known about Hegseth\u2019s plan, and called it the first major public split between the two men.
