When you gotta go, you gotta go — unless the doors are locked and you decide to drive through them. Rosenberg, Texas police say a 60-year-old man intentionally crashed his vehicle into a closed Kroger pharmacy entrance around 4:28 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, because he needed a bathroom, Fox News reported.
Officers said the man accelerated into the store overnight while it was closed, allegedly upset the doors were locked. Photos released by police showed the vehicle inside the entrance amid shattered glass and mangled metal frames; the crash caused extensive damage.
“I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go but we strongly advise finding a store open for business…to do your business,” Rosenberg Police wrote on Facebook. Police told FOX 26 the suspect was arrested on criminal mischief charges. He was identified only as a 60-year-old man.
